Using APPROVED plans and conforming to all required building codes, we added new support beams and columns to the main structure of the house, installed new support for the raised attic dormer.  We added nearly 800 additional square feet of living space which included two bedrooms, large "California" closets, and a full bath. Added insulation will make this addition toasty warm during the winter, while making it easier for the twin A/C units to keep it cool during the summer.  Our plumber added on-demand heat/hot water for fuel efficiency and comfort.

We then finished the house off with a beautiful twin-column entrance, complete with crown molding and coach-style lighting.
